Silver medal! Reached second place in Playoff A
In addition to the two Helmarit / SPLPS teams, 6 other teams played in Girls 15 (2004). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Helmarit / SPLPS 2 Helmarit could be found in Group B together with KPV YJ, Fc Nokia or SPL Vaasa Helmarit 2.
Helmarit / SPLPS 2 Helmarit made it to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Helmarit / SPLPS 1 Helmarit with 0-1.
